The attached picture shows an svg file with a number of objects. Each object is coloured using one of 29 possibilities.
I would like to 'flatten' the structure so that there is only one object. (Having done this I want to use just one colour but I think I know how to do that).
Is there an Inkscape function which will let me do this?
It will take the style from the top most object; when it has a fill color but no stroke - every stroke object will will set the stroke to "Unset" then. Makes sense?

Path->Combine will do if your goal is just "1 Style" for all.
Thank you - that did what I want. However, I did have to change all the paths to one colour. When I didn't do this, the image disappeared.
