Is it possible to make the page such that top Left (XY) coordinate is 0,0 rather than (0,maxY).
Top Right (maxX, 0) rather than (maxX, maxY.)
That is apparently the default configuration in version 1.0, which is available already in 1.0 beta2. You have to actually change your preferences to have the previous behavior!
It's not available at all in previous versions.
