I[ve just installed Inkscape in my pc with windows 10 64 bit, I was using the erase tool when editing a graphic, when I activated erase , instead draws a red line, and when make a click the whole graphic disappears, whats wrong with this software?
Nothing was wrong with the software. You have choose the wrong erase mode. In the eraser tool command bar, just above the workspace, there are three icons: total erase, cut path, and clip path. You must select the proper one.
