Hi Forum mods and active forum Inkscape support people,
we'd like to officially invite you to take part in the Vectors (Inkscape's marketing and outreach group) team's meetings, as we already consider you all an important part of how the Inkscape project presents itself to its users and community (and also, already, part of the Vectors'team).
Lazur has sometimes joined us, and doctormo, too, but they don't want to be the official point of contact themselves.

Not sure if adressing this one here wouldn't get off topic in a few lines.
There are multiple reasons that I can't afford nor willing to invest hours of forum presence and dozens of actions a day like a few years back in the late forum.
Let's just say there are some conflicts of interest if one is moderating or posting with content. Future moderators be aware the latter needs a bit of self-filtering and is a huge responsibility.
To measure up to the official badge.
Where is the code of conduct when you need it?
Oh here it is, at the bottom of sending a new post...
Just to clarify my opinion I think chosing moderators from the most regular members is an unfair opportunity. (And I can't act as lead when cannot accept the directions to be provided.)
