Hi I use Inkscape to convert images into vp3 files for my Premier Software that I use on my Husqvarna Viking Designer Jade 35 machine. I cleaned up the image, inserted all the colors, and ran a simulator to see how my design would stitch. The simulator was great showed all the color changes I needed. When I saved it into Premier, the colors were all still there so I loaded it into my machine. My machine only recognized one color and embroidered the whole design in black only. My machine also shows one spool indicating only one color. When I looked back into my Premier and selected ColorSort it only showed the black for the whole design. I'm not sure how to fix this. Thank you
