Hi, I'm using the current version of Inkscape on Windows 11 and I'm used to setting the set clipping mask keyboard shortcut as Ctrl + L as opposed to the usual Ctrl + M, but it keeps resetting back to Ctrl + M every time I close out and reopen the program. It's odd too because Iย also set the Paste In Place shortcut to Ctrl + Shift + V instead of the usual Ctrl + Alt + V and that will stay the way it is upon every restart, but Ctrl + L will not.

@Dthe6 Did Inkscape prompt you that a shortcut (for Simplify) would be overridden when you change the shortcut?
yes so i tried swapping the commands so that ctrl + l would be set mask and ctrl + m would be simplify but that didn't work either
