It often happens that I need to change page orientation or even page size while doing project.
When I do that all objects stay on coordinates related to top left corner, which means they may end up out of page.
I can select objects, move them and rotate to fit new page shape, but I cannot find way how to do it with guidelines. Is there way to do this?

Not sure if this helps - but you can draw a rectangle of the new page - move it to your liking and with the rectangle still selected go Document properties->Resize Page to selection.
I think it cannot help if content has to be rotated, for example or if parts of the content have to be rearranged to fit new page dimensions.
